Blu Willow Boutique does not accept returns or offer refunds. We will gladly exchange an item for a different size of the same item, if that item is in stock at time of request. Exchanges are based on availability. No returns or refunds are available for gift cards.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately via
Messenger on Facebook @bluwillowclothing or
within 3 days of receiving your item. Please send us a picture of the damaged item. Once we reply that we accept your return claim customer is responsible for returning the damaged item within 7 days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Store credit in the form of a discount code will be for the purchase price of the item. Discount codes will be emailed. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please track your item. We cannot guarantee that we receive your item.
Gift Cards are non-refundable or returnable.
